    The School is located in West Delhi’s highly reputed and peaceful locality of Punjabi Bagh. It is an English Medium, Co-educational School, affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) established in April, 1979 with about 113 students and new risen to around 2000 students with the sole objective of grooming youngsters to excel in a fierce, competitive and complex world by providing them with power of knowledge and skills through carefully selected curricular and co-curricular programmes as well as with the preaching of the principles of the Great Gurus.

    The School imparts purposeful education of high quality duly emphasizing physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual growth. Emphasis on Divinity is a special feature of the School. Indeed, the School draws inspiration from the great ethical and moral principles enshrined in the teachings of our Gurus.     Shamak Dawar dance Troupe organized a special workshop for GHPS,Punjabi Bagh students.
    Inspired by Swach Bharat Campaign posters and slogans were made and pasted in the school premises.
    ‘Anti Cracker walk’ and ‘Say No to Poly Bags’ Campaign were organized in the school.
    Workshop on Disaster Management by District Disaster Management Authority west was conducted for student awareness.
    Vigilance Awareness Week was celebrated in association with Punjab &Sind Bank.
